The story of residents from Derbyshire on being evacuated from their town

The Derbyshire town of Whaley Bridge was evacuated following a warning from the Environment Agency that lives are at risk from flooding.

Toddbrook Reservoir, which contains 1.3 million tonnes of water, sits above hundreds of homes and businesses in the town.
