In the eleventh episode of “On the Loose,” Ruben and Aaron meet up with some of the local riders in Cape Hatteras, including fellow kitesurfer, Billy Parker. Later, the boy’s head to the award ceremony, where Aaron manages to make a reoccurring appearance on the podium. While Ruben isn’t as fortunate, he has no problem being the life of the party on yet another trip.
