What is the Nintendo NX?
The Nintendo NX is Nintendo’s upcoming, unannounced console currently in development. The NX could be either a handheld console – successor the Nintendo 3DS, or it could be a home console – successor to the Wii U. It could even be a hybrid of both. It was confirmed by Nintendo’s president, Satoru Iwata March 17th, 2015 at their press release in which they announced their plans to move into the mobile gaming space.
