Make These Quarantine Chilaquiles

Jorge García is at home making decadent, ingredient-packed chilaquiles that rival any restaurant offering. Jorge fries up bacon and chorizo sausage and uses the fat drippings to make flavorful refried pinto beans. He makes pico de gallo with onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and cilantro, and finishes the dish with fried tortilla squares and a runny egg.
