If Joe Biden were to announce he’s running for President, he’d be one of the favourites to win the Democratic nomination.
But a second woman has come forward claiming Mr Biden acted inappropriately at a swearing in ceremony when he was the US vice president.
So instead of focusing on his likely campaign his team is having to deal with an ever increasing scandal.
