Jess Phillips: I’m open to different models for the decriminalisation of drugs

Labour leadership contender Jess Phillips talks about why current drug policies aren’t working, with crime and anti-social behaviour being a problem.

Outlining some of her policy ideas, she calls for private schools to be ‘treated like businesses’, saying they give some people an ‘unfair advantage’.

She would want to make childcare free at nine months and says she has ‘no plan’ to re-join the EU.
