You may have heard about a kid suing Nintendo over Joy-Con problems in the news recently, and if you’re wondering what that’s all about, you’ve come to the right place. Today we’re going to talk about that case as well as what the deal is with the larger Joy-Con hardware issues. Problems with Joy-Cons have dated back all the way to the initial launch of the Switch. Unfortunately, this has never not been a problem for the Switch, and Nintendo hasn’t done the greatest job of addressing the issue, especially when you look at other major gaming console hardware failures. This leaves us in a weird situation in the present day.
