Another piece of my mum’s new PC. I went with this card because the performance per dollar is quite respectable (although not quite as good as the last generation high end cards like the 4850), and it has the latest feature set. Today I have a look at the Intel X25-V. This is a very interesting drive because while it sacrifices a lot of the sequential read/write performance of the X25-M, it actually uses the same controller, so the random read/write performance is nearly identical.
