Boris Johnson says the Supreme Court ruling that his decision to prorogue parliament was unlawful was “not the right decision.”
It comes as the UK’s highest court, the Supreme Court, ruled the advice given to the Queen to suspend Parliament was “unlawful, void and of no effect”.
The court president Lady Hale said: “Parliament has not been prorogued.”
Amid calls for him to resign, Sky Sources say he will return to give a statement in Parliament after his UN speech.
