Pam and Rodrigo start their night off with some of Mexico’s biggest tortas at Muertortas, before hitting La Bota for a feast of wine, cheese, cured meat, sausages, fried bacon, and more. They then head to Taco Bar, where the bartender, Khris, teaches them about gold root and lets Pam get behind the bar to try her hand at making an Aperol Spritz. The two end their tour of Mexico City’s late night dining with cocktails and chayote tacos.
