Inspired by the lifestyle of Mongolian nomads, National Geographic adventurer Tim Cope set off on an epic journey. In three and a half years, he traveled 6,000 miles on horseback across the breadth of Genghis Khan’s ancient empire—a trek that took him from Mongolia to Hungary. In this short interview from the Banff Centre, Cope talks about his rough start learning how to ride and care for horses.

يعتقد الكثيرون أن المشاهير لا يعرفون الخوف ولا يصابون بعقدة مثل البسطاء من البشر
نصدقهم عندما يظهرون على الشاشة في أدوار البطولة والقوة والشجاعة لكن الحقيقة أنهم مثلي ومثلك تماماً يعانون من الخوف الذي يصل إلى حد الفوبيا والشعور بالذعر من أشياء قد تثير ضحكك
فبعضهم يشعر بالرعب من صوت الرعد وبعضهم يخاف من الطيران وهناك نجوم يصابون بالهلع إذا شاهدوا فراشة بل إن بعض النجوم يصابون بالرعب من مجرد النظر في المرآة
