كانت بربارة زوحة رشدى اباظة ثم تزوجت جمال عباس فارس، وسافر معها إلى بريطانيا، وعاشا في لندن، حيث أسسا شركة للإعلانات، حتى وافته المنية في عام 1983، وفقا لـ«الأهرام»، ويشير موقع «السينما» على أنهما هاجرا إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
