Lots of speculation was made about Ant-Man and the Wasp, and not all of the theories were true! Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/ho3Hg6
Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp is now in theatres and it’s proving to be yet another cinematic success for Marvel Studios and their MCU offerings.
The hilarious, lighthearted, action-packed sequel was just what the world needed after the emotionally-exhausting affair that was Avengers: Infinity War – but some fans will have come out of the movie a little disappointed, after discovering their theories about it turned out to be incorrect.
This video will run through ten such theories that Ant-Man and the Wasp proved wrong (please note that this video and this text contain MCU spoilers – including spoilers for Ant-Man and the Wasp).
The theories in question are as follows; that Janet van Dyne would actually be the movie’s villain, that Hope van Dyne would actually be the movie’s villain, that the Quantum Realm would be home to an evil ruler and civilisation, that the multiverse would be introduced as a concept in the movie (allowing for X-Men etc in the MCU), that Ghost was the daughter of Bill Foster, that the movie would be a romantic comedy, that Hawkeye would be appearing in the movie, that Doctor Strange would be appearing in the movie, that Captain Marvel would be appearing in the movie, and that the movie would show Ant-Man and the Wasp during the events of Avengers: Infinity War.
